Te bestellen per 10cm, met een minimum van 0,5 meter
Beautiful, heavier denim. Perfect for making jeans, trousers, jackets, or skirts with a classic denim look. The fabric is not pre-washed ('raw'), so pre-washing is recommended. After the first wash, the color will deepen slightly while the fabric softens. This improves how the fabric drapes and the comfort of wearing it.
Whether you're sewing everyday essentials or refined casual wear, this denim is a reliable and classic choice.

Wash & Care
We recommend washing the fabric before use.
The washing machine is often a cramped environment for raw denim like this. Crease lines and white folds are common damages that can occur due to tumbling in the drum.
Our best advice is actually not to machine wash denim, but only to soak it for 30 minutes in water with a mild detergent. Then rinse 2–3 times and hang the fabric to dry (do not wring!).
If you still choose to machine wash denim:
-
Cut the fabric into smaller pieces before washing; this helps prevent crease lines and white folds.
-
First soak the fabric in water so that it is thoroughly wet when you put it in the machine.
-
Choose a program with very low or no spin.
-
Do not leave the fabric in the machine after the program is finished, but remove it immediately and hang it to dry. Do not wring and do not tumble dry.
If crease lines still occur, it helps to iron the fabric while it is still slightly damp.
Please note: indigo-dyed raw denims always lose some color when washed. Therefore, wash the fabric separately for the first few times due to excess dye.
Wash at 30–40 °C with low spin (400–800 rpm).
Remove the fabric or garment immediately from the machine and lay flat to dry without creases.
Tumble drying is not recommended.
