Fabric swatches
To find the perfect fabric for your project, you might want to first feel and see the fabrics. To allow you to find the perfect match, you can order up to 6 free fabric swatches per order. We’ll send these to you for completely free, so you can have a good look and decide whether it meets your expectations before you buy. To order fabric swatches, go to the product page and select ‘Swatch’ in the dropdown menu and add this to your cart.

Return and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our cut-to-size products (like fabrics). These products do not fall under the Dutch ‘herroepingsrecht’, or right of withdrawal. Once the order is placed and the fabric is cut, we can’t accept exchanges or refunds as we cannot resell these items. Therefore all sales are final. Due to the vast color variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the colour will be an exact match to what you see online. But we try to reflect the fabrics as true to reality as possible. In case you’re not sure about a fabric, we recommend you order a swatch first. You can order up to 6 swatches, completely free of charge. If we’ve made a mistake in your order and you’ve received an incorrect item or there is something wrong with the quality of the fabric, please e-mail us at info@studiowannedoen.nl and we will make it right.

Exchanging haberdashery/fabric coupons
You can exchange haberdashery like machine needles, a printed sewing pattern or a fabric coupon within 14 days. We’ll reimburse the total purchase amount including possible shipping costs. Costs for the return shipment and potential new shipment, will be charged to the customer. We do not offer a free exchange service.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of €75 or more to the Netherlands. For a delivery address in the EU we offer free shipping on orders of €85 or more, UK €95 or more. For shipping fees see below.

NL: Free shipping on orders of €75or more. Under €75shipping cost is €5,95.

EU: Free shipping on orders of €85or more. Under €75 shipping cost is €8,95.

UK, Norway, Switzerland: Free shipping on orders of €120 or more. Under €120 shipping cost is €11,95.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan: Free shipping on orders of €175 or more. Under €175 shipping cost is €19,95.

Please note: We ship worldwide. If you live in another country than the ones mentioned above and would like to know the shipping costs, please contact us on info@studiowannedoen.nl and we’ll calculate the costs for you.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 workdays. If you place an order which needs sending urgently, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

You’re order will be shipped through PostNL. Studio Wannedoen is not responsible for loss, damage or delay by PostNL. If desired, packages can be shipped with insurance. Please contact us if you wish to insure your package. If you think your package may be lost, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you and come up with a solution. 

How to activate a discount or promotion code?
Find your favorite items on www.studiowannedoen.nl and add them to your cart. Click the cart icon to go to your cart. Check your order and adjust your order if needed. When there is a discount or promotion, you can add the code tot the field ‘couponcode’ at checkout. Click ‘waardebon toepassen’ and the code will be activated. De discount will be calculated automatically.
